Andrey brings deep analytical expertise in evaluating early-stage technology companies and scientific innovation, combining rigorous academic training with hands-on venture capital experience.

As Associate and Chief Analyst at PTV, Andrey is responsible for in-depth technical and market evaluations of potential investments. Since joining PTV in 2021, he has conducted over 100 deep-dive evaluations of IT infrastructure software companies, assessing technical architecture, competitive positioning, and growth potential.

Andrey’s academic and research background includes work at the University of Stuttgart, where he focused on applied research at the intersection of technology and industry. His ability to bridge scientific rigor with commercial viability makes him a valuable contributor to PTV’s investment decision-making process.

Andrey holds degrees from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and Skoltech, and a PhD in Microelectronics.
